A Galician musician by origin, universal by destiny and innovative by conviction, Budiño will be the protagonist of the concert for the Day of Music that you can enjoy, free of charge, on the 21st of June at the Cidade da Cultura. Accompanied by a band of new talents and some of the best voices in the ‘neo-tradi’ and folk music being made in Galicia, Budiño has chosen the central square of the Gaiás to present his latest album, Branca Vela, in the Galician capital.
A joyful and powerful live show that promises to make people dance, combining traditional rhythms, instruments and percussion with avant-garde electronics and video-creation, making the concert an exclusive and unrepeatable experience. The sound of bagpipes, guitar, accordion, traditional percussion and electronic arrangements will fill a stage where Budiño will be accompanied by the music and voices of Tania Caamaño, Mónica de Nut, Fran Barcia and Andrés Boutureira.
