Fantoches Baj accompanied by the Municipal Band of Santiago de Compostela adapts the classic tale of Peter and the Wolf in a proposal performed with puppets manipulated with the Japanese technique of bunraku and accompanied by the music of Prokofiev's classic. The piece sets the story in a rural world isolated from modernity and contextualises the tale in a closed train station, in a space that wanted to be modern, but was finally abandoned and that nature is beginning to recover. The story is told by three former railway workers, passionate about trains, who left their job as dismantlers of stations to become owners of a children's playground.
A proposal of puppets and music that talks about overcoming, love, revenge, fear, pride... and that from the review defends the wolves and the value of nature.
