Francis Poulenc: Le voix humaine
This version of Le voix humaine stars Nicola Beller Carbone, a dramatic soprano present in the main operatic coliseums of Europe, accompanied by Juan Pérez Floristán, one of Spain's most internationally renowned pianists - winner of the Rubinstein Prize and resident artist at the Granada Festival this summer - who also makes his debut in this proposal as an intervening actor at various moments.
A scenic project of small format and great plastic beauty with stage and artistic direction by Rafael F. Villalobos, with a staging far removed from the original - the telephone call - and situated on a symbolic plane that traces the story of the couple - she and he - and the unbearable fear of dying alone that keeps them together.
