The Foxás-Souto recreational area is located close to the River Ulla, on its right-hand bank, in a setting that stands out due to the variety of vegetation, featuring both characteristic riverside species and carballo (oak), as well as other species that are not so common in this region. The recreational area is equipped with benches, tables, barbecues, litterbins and a riverside walk. It is ideal as a recreational and fishing area.

It is located in the parish of Foxás, in the village of A Obra, only a few metres from the Remesquide recreational area. It is easily accessed, both by car and on foot. It features excellent accessibility infrastructure and installations.

It is relatively close to the town of Fonte Díaz and the “A Praza do Luar” camper service area.
