Codium
Caldo de marisco
Sal
Pimienta
Pistillata
10 gr. pistachos


Elaboración

Hacemos la vieira a la plancha, licuamos el codium con el caldo de marisco y hacemos una espuma. Lo acompañamos con pistillata y pistacho frito.
