Ingredientes

Pimiento del Piquillo
Carne picada gallega
Pimienta, aceite, sal, perejil y cebolla
Nata y pan


Elaboración

Especiar la carne y saltearla en sartén y bañarla en nata.
Rellenar el pimiento y napar con salsa a la pimienta acompañada de un trozo de pan.
