13/ Toasted cornbread with Herbón pepper and ham ratatouille

Ingredients

Cornflour
Wheat flour
Yeast
Water
Courgette
Leek
Tomato
Herbón peppers
Cured ham
Salt
Virgin olive oil

Recipe

Shape bread dough into round 1 cm-thick, 8 cm-diameter slices.
Bake in oven and set aside.
Prepare the ratatouille, cooking the leek and courgette with tomato and Herbón peppers, adding a slice of ham at the end and adding salt to taste.
Cover toasted bread with ratatouille and ham.
Serve hot.
