95/ Corn Toast and Rianxo Sardine

Ingredients

1 30 g slice of cornbread
1 Rianxo sardine
5 g vinaigrette
Modena reduction
1 spring onion stem

Recipe

Cut a rectangular slice of cornbread and toast on grill.
Clean sardine and open at sides.
Batter and deep fry.
Place on toast and decorate with vinaigrette, Modena reduction and spring onion stem.
