Potato cream
Biscay sauce cream
Sweet and sour sauce
Raisin bread (without raisin bread for celiacs)


Make potato puree
Make Biscay sauce and blend it.
Cook cod.
Place in individual mould.
Remove from mould and decorate.
Serve with raisin bread.
