63/ Piece of cod covered in black olive and pil-pil sauce

Ingredients

50 g cod
2 slices of black olive bread
Potatoes
Cream
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Recipe

Wrap cod in olive bread. Fry in olive oil.
Make pil-pil sauce with potato, cream and olive oil.
Serve piece of cod in centre with purée at side.
