89/ El Olivo little rolls of cured beef


Cured beef
Duck liver pâté
Black pepper
Virgin olive oil
Toasted bread


Cut cured beef into fine slices and spread with mixture of oil and freshly ground black pepper.
Allow to macerate all night.
Place a little pâté on slices with a little quince at the side.
Roll up and put some more quince in the roll.
Place on top of toasted bread.
Serve cold.
