Grill angler fish with very little oil.
Prepare pumpkin cream with potato, pumpkin, oil, salt, leek, onion and water.
Cook foie on both sides in strong flame and place on top of angler fish.
Finish by making an envelop with the brie paste and filling with foie, angler fish, all on top of a base of pumpkin cream.
