52/ Chocolate Passion

Ingredients

5 small sponge cakes or biscuits
White chocolate
Dark chocolate
Coffee
1 packet of creme caramel
Sugar
Milk
Eau-de-vie cream

Recipe

Melt chocolates separately. Use eau-de-vie cream to make coffee-flavoured creme caramel.
Put some biscuit or sponge cake in mould, add coffee-flavoured creme caramel and allow to cool. Then add white chocolate. Allow to cool and, finally, add dark chocolate.
