4/ Octo-nori pie


70 g ocotpus
70 g nori alga
40 g onion
20 g red pepper
20 g paprika



Place flour on clean surface (counter) and shape into a volcano, adding the other ingredients. Mix all the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous, compact mix. When dough is sufficiently compact and no longer sticks to the surface, allow to settle for an hour covered with a kitchen cloth. Set aside.


Clean peppers and onions, chop up finely and poach in frying pan. Add previously cooked octopus, and previously hydrated nor alga. After this time, divid dough into equal parts and extend with a rolling pin to obtain two very fine layers. Place one of the layers as the base of the pie, adding filling and covering with the other layer. Bake for 30 minutes at 180o. Can be served cold or hot.
