6 mussels without shell
1 mussel with shell
3 spoonfuls of béchamel for garnishing
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cayenne pepper
1 pink of paprika
1 slice of toasted bread
Chop 6 mussels into small pieces and mix with 2 spoonfuls of béchamel.
Put mix of mussels, béchamel, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt on slice of toasted bread and then place it all on top of mussel with shell, along with the other spoonful of béchamel.
