53/ Cuttlefish Stuffed with Crystallised Onion and Violet Potato Cream


1 cuttlefish
30 g of onion
20 g of violet potato
Olive oil
Cuttlefish ink for decorating


Clean cuttlefish and stuff with previously crystallised onion. Cook violet potato and make purée, seasoning to taste. Grill.
