Ingredients

SPONGE CAKE:

Eggs
Sugar
Flour
Cream
Yeast

COVERING:

Chopped almonds
Butter
Milk
Sugar

Recipe

Mix sponge-cake ingredients to produce a soft cream.
Bake in oven at 180o for 20 minutes in a mould previously greased with butter.
Mix covering ingredients.
When sponge cake is ready, cover with almond mixture and cook au gratin until brown.
