Slice of bread
Cut into pieces and cook with cream, pepper, a pinch of salt, olive oil and fish tails.
Once cooked, blend and allow to cool.
Cook mussels separately.
Make pickle with mussels, onion, garlic, bay leaf, olive oil, paprika and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Prepare toastie with a thin slice of salmon with pâté and finish with mussel pickle.
