1 razor clam
Boil water and pour on top of cornflour with salt; knead, add yeast and allow to settle.
When dough rises, put into hot oven and make a thin layer of cornbread; cut circles out of cornbread and open transversally with a knife. Set aside.
On the other hand, poach onion with olive oil and salt; when it oozes sufficiently, add a little water and a pinch of sugar; set aside.
Make sauce with olive oil, garlic and paprika; set aside.
Toast circles of cornbread in toaster and open razor clam in frying pan. Place razor clam between two circles and add sweet onion and a splash of garlic and paprika sauce.
