40 g of chicken
1 tablespoonful of honey
1 tablespoonful of orange marmalade
1 spoonful of Pedro Ximénez
Heat marmalade with honey, 4 dates and 4 prunes (chopped into small pieces) in a pot over a low flame.
Warm for a few minutes and add Pedro Ximénez.
Set aside lukewarm.
Skewer alternatively a piece of chicken, a prune and a date.
Fry in oil and add salt.
