San Simón cheese
Mayonnaise, caper berries, gherkins and pickled onions
Chopped garlic, Modena vinegar, fresh anchovies
Prepare sauce with all ingredients chopped up.
Cut lettuce in julienne strips.
Cook octopus and cut into pieces.
Grill shrimps and scallop, then cut up.
Mix sauce with lettuce, octopus, scallop and shrimps.
Add shavings of San Simón cheese and mini-toastie on top.
