1 slice of toasted bread
1 portion of Ulloa cheese
Shavings of Iberian ham
1 slice of courgette
1 prawn tail
Toast bread on grill on both sides with olive oil, put on plate.
Add a piece of cheese and melt in oven at 190o for more or less 3 minutes. Then skewer slice of courgette and prawn tail, and fry it all with tempura pasta.
Put skewer on top of toasted bread.
