55/ Sweet scallop snack


1 scallop
1 lime
1/2 pumpkin
100 g sugar
1/2 miso
500 g butter


Make compote with sugar and pumpkin.
Dip kataifi in melted butter.
Prepare a first base of kataifi, a second of pumpkin compote and a third of kataifi.
Place scallop in miso.
Reduce lime juice.
Finally, grill scallop along with kataifi and pumpkin layers and add lime.
