30/ Cod with Port and Raisin Sauce

Ingredients

Cod
Potato
SAUCE:
Oil
Garlic
Onions
Port wine
Raisins
Perrins sauce
Mirinara sauce

Recipe

Cook cod until just right. Fry chips.
PORT SAUCE:
Sauté garlic and onion cut into julienne strips, add Port and allow to reduce. Then add raisins and Perrins sauce. Thicken with marinara sauce and allow to cook for 15 minutes. Add salt.
PRESENTATION:
Put chips on place with cod loin on top and dress with Porto sauce.
