Albariño white wine
Piece of hot pepper
After desalting cod, boil with skin upwards and set aside.
Brown peppers, onion, garlic, salt and carrot. Add tomato, garlic, wine and cook well, thereafter blending it all.
Pour resulting sauce over cod and brown over a low flame for 6 to 7 minutes.
Add salt and serve with boiled potatoes.
