Technical support for congress candidacies.
Organises familiarisation trips and facilitates contact with participants.
Obtains permits for the use of historical and monumental municipal buildings or for special uses in public spaces.
Participation in specialised fairs by means of the SCCB stand.
Access to general reports on the city’s tourism and accommodation evolution.
Preparation of reports regarding the city’s congress activity.
Participation in members’ meetings.
