The objective of this centre is to promote Arzúa-Ulloa Cheese and Galician Honey.
Visitors will discover, throughout the tour, where these products come from, their main characteristics, their importance in the Galician environment, society and culture. By means of an extensive tasting and participation in some of our workshops, they will also learn in an active way the uses and customs related to our products. You can also visit the Erica Mel cooperative to learn what the different types of Galician honey used in the cooperative are like and how they are bottled.
The centre organises tastings, workshops and conferences, among other activities.
