Espacios USC

The University of Santiago de Compostela, with more than five centuries of history, is an institution recognised throughout Spain and Europe, with its own personality and fully aware of its role in today’s society.

The richness and value of its great architectural and real-estate heritage provide ideal venues for all kinds of events. From emblematic and historical buildings such as Colegio de Fonseca and Colegio de San Xerome (which houses the Vice-Chancellor’s Office), at the foot of the Cathedral, to modern buildings such as the Media Studies Faculty or the Vista Alegre Complex, the University of Santiago offers an attractive diversity of venues. These include auditoriums with large seating capacities, halls of all sizes, computer rooms and seminars, all equipped with the best technological equipment. The University likewise has a series of venues with a special atmosphere: the Fonseca cloister, garden and dining room or the Casa de Europa gallery are ideal for holding cocktails, business lunches and congresses.
