Established in Silleda in 1870, it is the oldest cake shop in Galicia, being a pioneer and leader in quality traditional gastronomy. It is now run by the 5th generation of confectioners in the Tábora family.
It specialises in making traditional “melindres” and “roquillas,” apple “cañas” and almond cakes. Its recent novelties include cream and butter cookies.
