Gastronomy Tour

The tour goes around traditional grocer’s shops and visits the very genuine and popular ’Mercado de Abastos’ (Food Market), which is also a monumental site and the second-most visited place after the Cathedral. Thanks to the guide’s explanations, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of Galicia’s gastronomic culture and the Atlantic diet, as well as the secrets of the most typical foods (shellfish and fish, meat, wine and cheese, etc) and cooking methods.
