Anti-Stress Programme

 

 

  • Description: This programme is for times of physical, and especially psychological, exhaustion.

    In a relaxing atmosphere full of lavender fragrance (with sedative and hypotensive properties), the anti-stress programme features a circuit around the spa’s different areas.

    This is followed by a relaxing massage with lavender essence to soothe the nerves, anxiety, irritability, sleeplessness, tachycardia and migraines.

    A relaxing facial treatment is applied after the massage, ending with a session in the Stellaris, an area featuring hot marble with music therapy.
