El taller titulado 'Al encuentro con tu movimiento', organizado por el centro Gaira, se propone abrir un espacio para que a través del movimiento espontáneo o dirigido, se abran nuevas posibilidades de encuentro con el cuerpo, las emociones, la energía y el espacio.
Es posible que entonces el movimiento autentico, aquel que fluye espontáneamente, acompañado de la música, el silencio o la voz, brote de forma creativa, y creemos nuestra propia coreografía de danza.
Se utilizaran diferentes técnicas de movimiento y expresión, que nos permitirán reconocer nuestra propia creatividad, nuestra propia manera de danzar.
Este curso está dirigido a todas aquellas personas que deseen disfrutar de un encuentro con el movimiento, con la danza y la creación. Se aprenderán diversas herramientas útiles para la conexión diaria con el cuerpo y los procesos creativos de cada uno.
