Obento is a Japanese art that consists in preparing food to take away inside a small box, being an important element of Japan’s culinary culture. The presentation is the characteristic feature of Obente: colours and textures are combined in amusing ways to the delight of diners.
Participating children will prepare: makisushi of crab, avocado and mayonnaise; smoked salmon nigiri; onigiri of mussel in pickle and they will prepare grated carrot and broccoli in the vegetable part.
