This Nativity Scene is composed by more than 200 hand-made figures of clay and painted canvas. The figures are in movement, as well as the river and lighting, representing different scenes. The scenes are repeated every 4 minutes, simulating the day and night by the illumination and movement.
The church of San Fiz, fundamental in the founding history of Santiago de Compostela, is usually closed to the public, so the exhibition of the crib will provide an excellent opportunity to visit it.
Nativity Scene ceded and mounted by José Uzal, with the collaboration of the Colexio Maior de Santo Agustiño and the Archbishopric of Santiago de Compostela.
