Until the end of March 2009, Santiago Tourism gives you a chance to enjoy a unique culinary experience with the most renowned Galician chefs. It involves shopping together in the traditional Food Market and then using the products to prepare and sample Galician dishes.

Festival featuring the promotion and tasting of ham, which is held on August 14 in the parish of Bermés (Lalín) and will reach its 16th year in 2014. Cured and roast ham is served, along with bread and wine.
